Data Protection Administrator *

City: Frankfurt am Main, Germany


  • Working alongside the data protection team in order to process and manage information and data protection related tasks
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of any formal data protection issues and requests
  • Preparing responses to data protection related inquiries from consumers and users including the compilation of respective data from different teams within Nintendo
  • Creating and updating of documentation of data protection-related projects and processes
  • Supporting data protection-related projects, including daily work on an European level
  • Cooperating with teams in Europe, Japan and the US via collaboration tools
  • Acting as backup for the Legal Team Assistant


  • Bachelor of Law or other professional education with data protection training as well as previous experience in a similar context
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, German or Japanese would be a plus
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Power Point; MS Visio would be beneficial)
  • Ability to work in a structured, responsible and independent manner as well as willingness to work in a team
  • Very well organized with a high attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
