Unable to Pair Controller to Nintendo Switch Console While Using Bluetooth® Audio
Important:
No more than two wireless controllers can be paired to a Nintendo Switch console while a Bluetooth® audio device is connected.
What to do
- Ensure that your console has the latest system version.
- From the HOME Menu, select Controllers, then Change Controller Grip/Order.
- Press and hold the SYNC Button on the controller(s) you want to pair for at least one second.
- Press the L and R Buttons or SL and SR Buttons at the same time on the controller(s) you want to use.
- While using a Bluetooth audio device, up to two controllers can be paired.
Situation not resolved
