Unable to Change Nintendo Account Country Due to Nintendo eShop Balance
- You are unable to change the country associated to your Nintendo Account because there are still funds in your Nintendo Switch eShop account.
- Error message: This Nintendo Account or an associated child account has a Nintendo eShop balance. Your country/region of residence cannot be changed until you use up your remaining funds.
What to Do:
This message means that you currently have funds in your Nintendo Account that need to be spent. You will not be able to change the country until you have spent the funds and your remaining Nintendo Account balance is €0.
- To see your current Nintendo Account balance, select "Shop Menu" from your Nintendo Account profile settings.
