We are aware of an issue that can occur in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX. When playing through a dungeon, if the main character and partner Pokémon are defeated and the third Pokémon in the party is removed, the game may become unplayable from that point on.

How to avoid the issue: When the main character and partner Pokémon have been defeated in a dungeon, do not remove the Pokémon you have brought from the team.

If you have already experienced the issue: The issue was resolved in a game update that was released on 18 March 2020. After installing the update, you will be able to continue the game from the point where you escaped the dungeon, with your items and money intact. Please update your game to the latest version, then try again. The issue should be resolved.
