    Error Code: 2813-0999

    The information in this article can help you if error code 2813-0999 or the error message "Nintendo eShop cannot currently be used in your country/region" is displayed when attempting to access Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch.

    Additional Information:

    This error code generally indicates that the country/region setting for your Nintendo Account does not currently have an available Nintendo eShop. To learn more, see Nintendo eShop and Theme Shop Availability In Your Region.

    What to Do:

    1. Sign into your Nintendo Account via accounts.nintendo.com and ensure that the country/region setting is correct.
    2. Once the country/region setting for your Nintendo Account has been updated to a country where Nintendo eShop is available, power off your console and then power it back on.
    3. After powering the system back on, you should be able to access Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch from the HOME Menu. You may need to re-enter your Nintendo Account sign-in information.
