- Redeem the DLC code through Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch.
- The DLC that this code unlocks became available in December 2017. (Additional information about DLC)
- Update your game to version 1.2 or higher.
- Launch the game (either Nintendo Switch or New Nintendo 3DS version) from the HOME Menu.
- Select “Downloadable Content” from the title menu.
- Press the Y Button (“Redeem Code”).
- Your game must be updated to version 1.2 or higher for this option to appear. If it's not there, please update your New Nintendo 3DS game, then try again.
- Enter the download code, then select “OK” and follow the onscreen instructions to receive the content.
