Not Receiving Nintendo Account Promotional E-Mails
Promotional e-mails are not arriving from your Nintendo Account.
- There is no set schedule for when Newsletters or promotional e-mails are sent.
What to Do:
- Check your Nintendo Account profile settings, and verify that the "Promotional E-mails" section is set to "Receive."
- Check your spam / junk e-mail folder to see if e-mails have been routed there.
- Make sure there are no filters in your e-mail account that may be blocking e-mails from @accounts.nintendo.com.
- Make sure that your e-mail address is entered correctly in your Nintendo Account. If you need to correct the e-mail address, you can do so through your Nintendo Account profile.
- Try adding a different e-mail address to your Nintendo Account.
