How to Delete Credit Card Information from a Nintendo Account

Instructions on deleting credit card information that has been saved to a Nintendo Account.
Additional Information:
- Stored credit card information can be deleted on Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch or through your profile settings on http://accounts.nintendo.com. Deleting the information in one place will also delete it from the other.
Complete These Steps:
Do you want to delete the credit card information through Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch or through the website?
- Select the Nintendo eShop icon on the HOME Menu to launch Nintendo eShop.
- Select the Nintendo Account with the credit card information you want to delete.
- Select the picture of your icon in the upper-right corner to access your Account Information.
- The name, last four digits and expiry date for the saved credit card will appear under “Credit Card Information”. Select Delete.
- If credit card information has not been saved for your account, the credit card area will say “Not Saved”.
- Select Delete again to confirm.
- Visit http://accounts.nintendo.com and sign in to your Nintendo Account.
- Select Funds and Payment Methods.
- Select Manage payment method in the "Credit Card" section.
- The name, last four digits and expiry date for the saved credit card will appear here. Select Delete.
- If credit card information has not been saved for your account, the credit card area will say that there is no saved credit card information available. This means that credit card information is not saved in Nintendo eShop, either.
- Select Delete again to confirm.
