Error Code: 2810-1224
You are unable to sign in to your Nintendo Account, or you are unable to connect to Nintendo eShop, and you receive the error code 2810-1224.
Complete These Steps:
- Restart the Nintendo Switch console.
- To restart the console, hold the power button for 3 seconds, select "Power Options" and then select "Restart".
- Once the console powers back on, ensure the console connects back to the wireless network.
- When connected you will see the wireless icon in the top-right corner of the screen with at least one bar of signal strength.
- Wait at least 10 seconds, and then attempt again to sign in to your Nintendo Account or connect to Nintendo eShop.
