Best Practices for Printing Replacement Gates and Arrow Markers

In this article, you'll learn the best practices for printing and replacing any damaged or lost gates or arrow markers for use with Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit.

    Important Information

    • This software can only recognise one set of 4 gates. If additional gates are set up on the course, they will not be recognised.

    Best Practices

    • The gates and arrow markers work best when printed on A4 size paper at 100% scale.
    • Ensure that you print and attach the images to the corresponding gates. Attaching a printed image to the incorrect gate may cause the gate not to be recognised.
    • When attaching the printed image to a gate or arrow marker, avoid using glossy tape, coloured tape or tape with patterns on it. You can use a dab of glue or double-sided tape.
    • When attaching the printed image, ensure that it is placed correctly. If the image is upside down, the gate may not be recognised.
