Damage to Case
Damaged or broken casing may not be covered by warranty.
If your console has suffered damage and as a result the casing has deteriorated affecting the operation of the machine, you can send your console to the Repair Centre to be serviced.
In circumstances where the fault is not due to a defect in the manufacture of the product, the repair will not be covered by the warranty. Customers will be notified of any costs prior to being charged.
