Nintendo of Europe GmbH "Nintendo 3DS – So Many Games! Promotion" Terms & Conditions

  1. To participate in the promotion, you have to be at least 16 years of age and a resident of South Africa, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland or Russia.
  2. You must have registered 3 out of 8 eligible titles in Club Nintendo at www.club-nintendo.com by 30 June 2013 (23:59). The eligible titles are:
    • Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (Nintendo 3DS version)
    • Luigi's Mansion 2
    • Fire Emblem: Awakening
    • Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D
    • Animal Crossing: New Leaf
    • Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate
    • LEGO CITY Undercover: The Chase Begins
    • Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity
    The start date of the promotion is 7 May 2013, 15:00 CAT. To qualify for this promotion, any three of the eight eligible games must be registered since their respective release by 30 June 2013 (23:59).
  3. After you have registered 3 out of 8 eligible titles in Club Nintendo, you will be given an opportunity to request a free download code for one of the 8 eligible titles. (Users who have already registered 3 eligible title prior to the start date of the promotion have to log in into their Club Nintendo account after the start date to request the download code.) The request of a download code must be completed by 31 July 2013 (23:59). The download code will be sent to you per email to the email address registered in your Club Nintendo account.

    The download code can be used to download the chosen game from Nintendo eShop to any Nintendo 3DS or Nintendo 3DS XL system. The download code expires on 31 December 2013.
  4. The registration in Club Nintendo is required. Club Nintendo Terms and Conditions apply. For the use of Nintendo eShop the acceptance of the Nintendo 3DS Service User Agreement and Privacy Policy is required.

    For the registration of a downloadable game, the respective Nintendo 3DS/ Nintendo 3DS XL system must have been linked with a Club Nintendo account prior to the download of the game from Nintendo eShop. Please allow 24 hours between linking your Club Nintendo account and downloading games via Nintendo eShop.
  5. You can participate in this promotion only once. Product registrations for the participation in this promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
