In this title, fate brings together famed investigator Professor Layton and legal legend Phoenix Wright – plus their sidekicks Luke Triton and Maya Fey – when a mysterious girl called Espella asks for their help. Finding themselves in the peculiar city of Labyrinthia, and discovering Espella is to be tried as a witch, the heroes must combine their intellects in order to unravel the mystery of the city and prove Espella’s innocence. It’s a thrilling mix of fiendish puzzles and courtroom clashes, all set in an enigmatic city where magic is real!

Each week up to the start of September 2014, there will be new content to unlock in-game on your Nintendo 3DS, either as a Special Episode or a Special Gallery. Episodes take place after the main game story and include challenging new puzzles, while Galleries feature all manner of art with comments from the developers! You’ll even be treated to some entertaining illustrations of Professor Layton and Phoenix Wright drawn in the style of their counterparts!

Once you’ve finished the game, simply select ‘Extra Content’ from the main menu, load your finished game save, then tap ‘Unlock Content’ to unlock the latest addition. Be sure to check in-game regularly for these free updates!
