By performing the latest Nintendo 3DS system update, South African users can now get access to Nintendo eShop, an online service which opens the door to a variety of downloadable content. Select software titles will become available for download in future, so keep your eyes peeled for updates - but if you visit Nintendo eShop from today you can lay your hands on Pokédex 3D and start collecting Pokémon images straight away!

The latest system update also allows users to conduct downloads whilst the system is in Sleep Mode, allowing multiple downloads to conveniently occur whenever users are not actively using their Nintendo 3DS. Which is great news for Nintendo 3DS owners who are part of the Ambassador Programme - these users  can download 10 amazing games starting from today, simply by following the download instructions on our Ambassador Programme page!
