Wii Fit Plus builds on the features of the original Wii Fit with a wide range of new additions that make learning about your personal fitness more fun than ever.
As well as offering detailed workout customisation options, new exercises and handy features like the Calorie Check tool, Wii Fit Plus comes complete with a host of new reasons to gather the whole family around the Wii Balance Board.
Adding to the selection of Balance Games that first appeared in Wii Fit, Wii Fit Plus boasts 15 all-new Training Plus games that can turn any gathering into a fun-filled (and sometimes competitive) occasion.
Looking on is almost as much fun as taking part when your mum or dad start flapping like crazy in Bird’s-eye Bull’s-eye or battle to control their coordination in Big Top Juggling. Just remember though, if you greet their efforts with fits of laughter, they might have a thing or two to say in return when your shot rolls around!
Of course, taking turns at the many games in Wii Fit Plus is a laugh a minute when you’ve assembled a crowd in the living room. But if it’s pure competition you crave, there’s an option to satisfy your urges. Wii Fit Plus features a new Multiplayer mode that lets up to eight people compete for top spot on a leaderboard as they clamour to out-perform one another in a selection of games taken from both the Balance Games and Training Plus categories.
So if you want to see your Mii sitting triumphantly at the top of the scoreboard, prepare to block out the heckles of your competitors and show your all-round Wii Fit Plus prowess. Just don’t be surprised if nobody’s talking to you after you put them in their place!
